Know Before You Go

From how to get here, to finding your seat, this is where you can come to plan your visit to the Saenger Theatre.

We have included some FAQ's that we encounter and for more information check out our A-Z Guide. If you have additional questions about the Saenger Theatre or an upcoming event, please contact us at 251-208-7778.

What steps can I take to get into the event quickly?

Arrive early and be prepared! Have your ticket out and ready to be scanned. If you have printed your own ticket, make sure it has a clearly legible printed bar code. If you have an electronic ticket on your smartphone, make sure the ticket is pulled up and the bar code is clearly visible. Removable items should be out of your pockets and ready to be placed on the search table. Have your bags open and ready to be searched when you reach the search table. Avoid bringing large bags and prohibited items. Follow instructions from security and staff.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Saenger Theatre. Please see the staff for designated smoking areas outside of the building.

What is the ticketing policy?

All guests entering the facility must have a valid ticket to gain admission. Saenger Theatre personnel may request to see your ticket at any time during the event.

Do you have a fund-raising program for non-profit organizations?
